This is how a return works

You can return all items, including original sealed care products to us within 30 days. Mattresses and toppers may be unpacked, but show no signs of use. With the return label we provide, your return will always go to the right address - from Germany even free of charge. Credit will be issued within 14 days after we receive your package.

Parcel shipping

If you received your product by DHL, Hermes, UPS, GLS or DPD, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Register return

Please use the return form. Alternatively download the form for revocation, print it and send it to Interdependence GmbH.


Step 2

Get a return label

You will receive an email from our service team with the link to the return label and further information.


Step 3

Return item

Pack the item and drop it off at a nearby DHL acceptance point. Please include the delivery bill or invoice in your return package.


Step 4

Receive refund

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Delivery by forwarder

If you received your product from a freight forwarder, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Register return

Please use the return form for shipping goods. Please note: The right of withdrawal does not exist according to § 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB for contracts for the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (configuration of a box spring bed). 

Collection curbside
The shipping company will pick up the goods at your doorstep. This return shipment costs 85 € in Germany. The goods must be properly packed

Zone 1 - Germany

85,00 € berechnet. 

Zone 2 - Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg, Tschechien, Polen, Österreich
99,00 Euro.

Zone 3 - Dänemark, Frankreich, Italien, Slowenien, Ungarn, Slowakei
199,00 Euro.

Step 2

Pack article

Please pack the item carefully so that the shipping company can pick it up and transport it safely. Please note that the items are properly packed and arrive clean. Any soiling due to inadequate packaging, we must claim as depreciation.

Special feature for mattresses

For hygienic reasons, we are only allowed to pick up mattresses and toppers that are wrapped in foil, as our logistics staff must not come into direct skin contact with the product. For this reason, please wrap everything in foil before collection. For this purpose, you can use the foil and the box in which your product was delivered. If you no longer have this foil at hand, you can order our mattress return bag to your home. With it you pack the mattress safely for the return shipment.

Step 3

Arrange forwarding appointment

After the protective cover has arrived at your place, we will contact you to arrange a date for pick-up by our forwarding company. The mattress will then be picked up on the agreed date.


Step 4

Receive refund

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, we will refund the purchase price minus the return costs. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Important notice

Returns to a different address or unannounced returns lead to additional expenses which we charge with a handling fee of 15 €.
